Yêu cầu công việc

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture.

• 3–5 years of professional experience in architectural practice.

• Experience in residential, mixed-use, commercial or hospitality projects.

• Good architectural design skills and technical understanding.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp and Adobe Creative Suite.

• Working knowledge of Revit.

• Familiarity with Vietnamese building regulations and construction practices.

• Ability to develop architectural drawings and construction details.

• Good communication and teamwork skills.

• Good written and spoken English.

• Proactive, detail-oriented and willing to learn.

We are looking for talented Architects to strengthen our team working on projects across Vietnam.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support the development of architectural designs from Concept Design through Basic Design and Construction Documentation.

• Explore architectural design options and develop creative, practical design solutions.

• Prepare architectural drawings, presentations and technical documentation.

• Develop architectural details and material solutions.

• Coordinate architectural drawings with structural, MEP and other consultants.

• Apply relevant Vietnamese building codes, standards and regulations.

• Work closely with Project Architects and the wider design team to ensure design quality and timely delivery
