Experience:

• 5 - 10 years as a Project Architect or Senior Architect;

• Construction Documentation & Coordination are a must;

• Had experience of coordinating drawings with consultants;

• Strong knowledge of detailing and construction methods.

• Interior architecture documentation experience is beneficial;

• Hotel & resort experience is preferable;

• Good understanding of the building process, Vietnamese building codes;

• Advanced English communication skills in speaking, listening, writing & reading.

• Experience mentoring and coordinating team members.

• Strong communication, organization, problem-solving and teamwork skills.

Software Skills:

• Advanced experience in Revit

• AutoCAD 2015+

• Parametric modeling and BIM workflow automation experience is beneficial (Dynamo, Grasshopper, Python, etc.)

• Experience with data-oriented tools and data management is beneficial (Obsidian, Notion, SQL, etc.)

Moral:

• Conscientious & excellent teamwork skills.

• Strong systems thinking and attention to detail.

• Proactive and willing to learn.

Steelman Partners is searching for additional staff members to support and grow our global office. We are seeking supporters for Architecture and Interior Planning and Production teams; Design Development / Construction Documentation Division.


Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop BIM models from schematic design to construction documentation.

• Prepare and review architectural drawings and technical details.

• Ensure drawing quality and compliance with project standards.

• Mentor and support junior team members in BIM, documentation, and technical development.

• Manage task allocation and coordinate with US designers.

• Participate in QA/QC reviews to ensure accuracy before submitting drawings.

• Collaborate in developing, refining, and maintaining project databases, templates, families, design standards, and BIM standards.

• Work primarily in Revit (AutoCAD as required).
