- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field. - At least 3 years of relevant experience in investment, corporate finance, portfolio management, consulting, project management, or related functions. Experience in cross-functional coordination and project execution is required. Experience in process improvement, operational standardization, or quality control is an advantage. - Good understanding of investment processes, including deal screening, execution, and portfolio monitoring. - Ability to prepare and review reports, investment materials, and internal coordination documents. - Ability to monitor project progress, identify issues, and follow up on resolution. - Experience in process documentation, workflow improvement, and operational controls. - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. - Good communication skills in English (Business level).
- Ability to communicate progress and coordinate with internal stakeholders on assigned tasks. - Ability to manage routine tasks independently and meet deadlines. - Ability to follow established procedures and templates consistently. - Ability to maintain accuracy and reliability in deliverables.
Role Summary Support assigned investment and portfolio workstreams across deal origination, investment execution, and post-investment monitoring, while contributing to selected Center of Excellence (CoE) initiatives through assistance in quality control, process standardization, and coordination of related deliverables. Key Responsibilities Investments & Portfolio Management - Support in collecting market information, industry data, and compiling potential investment opportunities under guidance. - Conduct preliminary screening (desktop research) based on predefined criteria (e.g., location, segment, developer profile, basic financial indicators). - Assist in preparing input materials for investment proposals, including data collection, basic slides, and data tables. - Maintain and update the deal pipeline database and tracking files. - Provide administrative support during due diligence processes, including document collection, checklist tracking, and progress updates. - Track and update basic portfolio performance indicators (e.g., sales progress, cash collection, key project milestones). Process Improvement & CoE Support - Execute tasks in accordance with established templates, guidelines, and standard operating procedures. - Support data standardization and document management (formatting, version control, filing). - Identify and flag workflow issues or inconsistencies to supervisors. - Assist in data entry and updates across internal systems (e.g., Excel trackers, shared drives, workflow tools). Cross-functional Coordination - Assist in tracking timelines and following up with relevant stakeholders under supervision. - Compile information from different teams and provide updates for internal reporting. - Take meeting minutes and track follow-up action items. - Support preparation of materials and logistics for internal and external meetings.
