Yêu cầu công việc

• 2–4 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Partnerships, or Account Management — e-commerce, retail, or tech industry strongly preferred

• Strong understanding of e-commerce ecosystems

• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills

• Data-driven mindset; comfortable working with Excel/Google Sheets, basic reporting/dashboards

• Self-starter who can manage a pipeline independently and work under revenue targets

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Economics, or related field

• Good English communication skills (written and spoken)

Công việc cụ thể là gì?

RESPONSIBILITY:

• Identify, prospect, and qualify new business opportunities.

• Build and manage a pipeline of leads.

• Pitch the company's e-commerce platform/services and negotiate commercial terms (pricing, commission, contract terms)

• Analyze performance data (GMV, conversion, partner performance) to identify growth opportunities and improvement areas

• Collaborating with Marketing on co-marketing campaigns, promotions, and platform events

• Prepare BD reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates for management

• Representing the company at industry events, trade shows, and partner meetings
