WORK EXPERIENCE: 3 - 5 years of experience

SKILLS & ABILITIES:

  • English communication
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot Tables, Power Query, and VBA/Macro development); Power BI skills
  • Familiarity with Power Automate or other workflow automation tools
  • Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management skill
  • Knowledge of process mapping, process optimization, and continuous improvement methodologies
  • Organizational and Planning skill

MOLEX, a brand under Koch Industries, headquartered in Lisle, Illinois (USA), is one of the world’s leading interconnect solution providers.

Molex Vietnam has operated its first factory at Thang Long Industrial Park I since 2007. Currently, Molex is investing in a new factory complex located at Thang Long Industrial Park II in Hung Yen Province. The project has a total investment of approximately USD 145 million, covering an area of 100,000 m² and being developed in three phases. This facility will manufacture high-tech products such as high-speed cables, connectors, optical devices, and liquid cooling solutions.

YOUR ROLE:

High quality and keep timeline of activities of Cnb: system, payroll, insurance, tax…

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Administer payroll, time attendance, social insurance, personal income tax, and employee benefits programs in compliance with company policies and statutory requirements

2. Participate in HR system enhancement, testing, implementation, and user training activities

3. Support the development, review, and implementation of C&B policies, procedures, and guidelines

4. Analyze existing C&B processes, identify inefficiencies, and drive continuous improvement initiatives

5. Design and implement automation solutions to reduce manual work and improve operational efficiency (tools using Excel VBA/Macro, Power Query, Power Automate, or similar technologies)

6. Support digital transformation and HR process automation projects

7. Perform other related duties as assigned by Superior

* Working location: Thang Long II IZ, Hung Yen

Provide company car from Hanoi/ Hai Duong/ Bac Ninh to Hung Yen
