[Cambodia] QC Leader – Chinese Speaking

- Bachelor’s degree or diploma for Apparel Manufacturing, Quality Management or Textile Engineering from a recognized university or institute. - Above 15 years’ experience in apparel quality management, including min 05 years of experience in a leadership role of Quality Management. - Proven ability to manage and influence vendors, drive quality performance improvements and maintain high product quality standards. - Proven people management skills. - Experience in handling denims, sweaters and multi category apparel is essential. - Strong knowledge of quality control systems, RCA methodology, CAPA management related apparel manufacturing. - Excellent communication skills in English & Chinese - ability to communicate in Khmer will be a definite advantage. - Willing to travel and out-station in provinces within Cambodia. - Good computer literacy including MS office & MS Outlook. - Experience in Microsoft Dynamic AX, Pivot 888 is a plus
