You may currently be a Head of Investment Banking, Head of Wealth Management, Director of Private Banking, securities business leader or an ambitious financial services executive ready for your first CEO role. You should bring:

  • •A strong background in securities, investment banking, private banking, wealth management, asset management or financial services.
  • Demonstrated commercial ability, including client acquisition, business development, fundraising or revenue generation.
  • A solid understanding of financial analysis, investment risk, valuation and capital allocation.
  • International exposure through education, professional experience or business relationships.
  • Excellent English communication skills.
  • The ability to communicate complex investment ideas clearly, credibly and responsibly.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset, strong leadership potential and the ambition to build something substantial over the next 7–10 years.

Experience with European real estate, hospitality, private equity or cross-border investment is an advantage, but not a prerequisite. We value achievement, integrity, intellectual curiosity and entrepreneurial potential more than titles alone.

THE OPPORTUNITY

As CEO of APEC Securities, with a mandate to develop our cross-border investment platform, you will have the opportunity to:

• Build a new business connecting Vietnamese investors with selected European investment opportunities.

• Develop an investor community spanning high-net-worth individuals, entrepreneurs, business owners and family offices.

• Explore hospitality and real estate investments in Greece, Portugal, Cyprus, Malta, Spain, Italy and other European markets.

• Work with international partners to identify, evaluate and structure investment opportunities.

• Develop a premium membership programme, investor events, strategic partnerships and scalable client acquisition channels.

• Collaborate with APEC’s wider investment ecosystem and MHG’s hospitality platform to connect financial expertise with real operating assets.


Our ambition is to build more than a securities business. We want to create an international platform that helps investors think and invest beyond their domestic markets.
