Công việc cụ thể là gì?

1. Input sample & production orders and send to Planning Dept as well as provide Proforma Invoice, price quotations, and handling customer inquiries. 2. Handle customer registration entries in FM or customer specific platforms accurately. 3. Follow up the order status and co-ordinate with related depts to finish orders on time. 4. Communicate customer changes and special requests to relevant departments to ensure seamless execution. 5. Issue shipping plan for assigned customers and coordinate with responsible colleagues to arrange the shipment timely. 6. Coordinate with relevant internal departments and local customers upon receiving an official QA claim to ensure the returned leather is sent back to the tannery as promptly as possible. 7. Support for loading production/sample orders which are entered by CN/CS. 8. Collect all relevant documents and sample retains, then organize them into the central filing cabinet. 9. Responsible for preparing and updating sales contracts and Annexes for assigned customers. 10.
