- Female from 25 years old - Graduated from Foreign Trade, Foreign Economic or relevant field. - At least 3 years working experience in same position, especially good experience at handling US Trade in a freight forwarding company - Good knowledge of US trade and other trades. - Good command of English (fluency in writing and speaking English) - Good computer literate (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint). - High responsibility, being able to work under pressure. - Being service-minded, careful, strong teamwork skill, hard-working and positive thinking. - Honest, passionate, cheerful.

Công việc cụ thể là gì?

- Coordinating and monitoring shipments from booking to delivery - Communicating with customers, carriers, overseas agents, and internal teams regarding shipment status. - Coordinating with shipping lines/co-loaders, pricing team to update rates, schedule, and occupy spaces - Sending shipment information to Overseas for approval. - Releasing bookings to customer as per approved shipping plan - Monitoring shipment status in real-time, tracking vessel ETA (Estimated Time of Arrival) and ETD, and proactively sending post advice to customer after cargo on board, follow up with carrier and keep customers updated if any changes on the sailing schedule/ETD/ETA. - Responding promptly to customer inquiries and resolving service issues or complaints in a professional and efficient manner. - Updating shipment information and maintaining accurate records in the system - Handling other tasks assigned by team leader or Manager • Ngày làm việc: T2 - T6 • Giờ làm việc: 08:30 - 17:30 • Cấp bậc: Có kinh nghiệm • Loại công việc: Toàn thời gian
