• Interact with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns and requests about products and services. • Accepting order inquiries from customers or clients and responding with follow up queries. • Responding promptly to customer inquiries regarding products and services of the organization. • Perform customer verification. • Handling and resolving customer complaints, obtaining and evaluating all relevant data to handle complaints and inquiries. • Following up with customers to ensure high-level satisfaction and determining future requirements. • Process forms, applications and requests. • Record details of inquiries, comments and complaints. • Record details of actions taken. • Communicate and coordinate with internal departments. • Follow up on customer interactions. • Ngày làm việc: T2 - T6 • Giờ làm việc: 09:00 - 18:00 • Cấp bậc: Có kinh nghiệm • Loại công việc: Thời vụ
