Deputy Head of Fund Accounting

- Bachelor degree in Accounting, Auditing. A Master's degree and/or professional qualifications (ACCA, CPA, CFA or equivalent) will be a plus. - Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in Fund Accounting, Fund Administration, Audit, or Financial Services, with at least 3 years in Senior or Team Lead position in a fund management company. - Strong knowledge of fund valuation, fund operations, data processing and financial knowledge. - Good understanding of applicable laws, regulations, and industry practices relating to fund management and securities markets. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data processing skills with high attention to detail and accuracy. - Proven leadership, coaching, and people management capabilities, with the ability to develop and motivate team members. - Ability to work under high pressure and good at teamwork. - Good command of written and spoken English. - Excellent in Microsoft Office applications. - Knowledge of Python, VBA, Power BI, or other data analytics and process automation tools will be a plus.
