YOUR PROFILE:

Mandatory:

• 2 years of experience in professional working environment.

• Engineering degree in Textile or Industrial Management .

• Strong interest in technical subjects (eg. materials, machinery, process optimization, energy, etc).

• Open-minded, proactive, with critical thinking and a problem-solving mindset.

• Fluency in both English and Vietnamese.

• Active participation in sports.

Nice to have:

• Experience in fabric or Neoprene industry.

• Fluency in Chinese or French.

• Familiarity with Continuous Improvement methodologies and Quality System Management.
