Digital Performance Specialist (Paid Ads)

Công việc cụ thể là gì?

• Plan, set up, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, and LinkedIn. • Develop campaign strategies based on target audiences, business objectives, budgets, and lead-generation goals. • Manage campaign tracking and measurement, including UTM parameters, pixels, conversion tracking, and event setup. • Monitor campaign performance and analyze key metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPL, conversion rate, and lead quality. • Work with HubSpot to track, manage, and analyze leads throughout the marketing funnel. • Collaborate with Content and Design teams to develop and test new ad creatives, messaging, and audiences. • Conduct A/B testing and continuously optimize campaigns based on performance data. • Prepare regular performance reports and provide actionable insights and recommendations. • Identify opportunities to improve lead quality, conversion rates, and overall advertising efficiency. • Ngày làm việc: T2 - T6 • Giờ làm việc: 08:00 - 17:00 • Cấp bậc: Có kinh nghiệm • Loại công việc: Toàn thời gian
