1. Digital Technology Park Strategy & Master planning • Develop the overall development strategy, positioning, value proposition, business model, land use program, functional mix, and development phasing. • Lead the preparation of planning briefs, coordinate with planning, and design consultants to ensure the DT Park vision is incorporated into the 1/2000 and 1/500 master plans. • Contribute to GS's broader Smart City strategy by identifying new innovation opportunities, strategic partnerships, and future development initiatives beyond the Digital Technology Park. 2. Government & Stakeholder management • Coordinate with central and local authorities on planning, investment, and regulatory matters. • Monitor relevant policies and identify incentives that support the project development. • Build and maintain relationships with key government agencies, industry partners, and strategic stakeholders. 3. Ecosystem & Business development • Develop partnerships with technology companies, universities, research institutes, and innovation organizations. • Identify and engage anchor tenants and strategic partners. • Develop the investment attraction strategy and commercial positioning; engage in partnership negotiations. 4. Project leadership • Coordinate internal teams, consultants, and external stakeholders throughout project development. • Prepare strategic analyses and reports for Management. • Monitor project progress, key milestones, risks, and implementation issues. • Ngày làm việc: T2 - T6 • Giờ làm việc: 08:00 - 17:00 • Cấp bậc: Quản lý • Loại công việc: Toàn thời gian
