Công việc cụ thể là gì?

- Ensure all company Health & Safety policy and regulations are strictly implemented and satisfied. - Establish and maintain high level of Health and safety mindset/culture within own area of responsibility. - Create and maintain a world-class working environment with strong 5S practices, professional appearance, and safety best practices. - Ensure all SOPs/W.Is are reviewed/updated/followed correctly. - Ensure laboratory operational KPIs are met and continuously improved, including: Attempt per shade, Samples lead time, Lot per machine per day, sample rejection rate and Color quality promote to bulk. - Work with maintenance to identify and correct poorly performing machinery. - Control the laboratory working hour per output. - Manage effectively the communication between Sales & Marketing, customers and the laboratory. - Recommend, agree and implement improvements to the process flow with a view to making the color sampling service more competitive. - Monitor and evaluate the performance of subordinates. - Ensure working hour regulations are strictly followed. - Conduct Performance Review yearly with Subordinates. • Ngày làm việc: T2 - T6 • Giờ làm việc: 08:00 - 17:00 • Cấp bậc: Quản lý • Loại công việc: Toàn thời gian
