EMS Operations Manager (SMT & PCBA)

Position Summary ITSJ Group is establishing an Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) operation in Vietnam. We are looking for an experienced EMS Operations Manager to lead local SMT production, process engineering, quality control, and factory operations, reporting directly to US Executive Management. Key Responsibilities • Manage daily SMT and PCBA production activities, line setups, process optimization, and maintenance routines. • Lead local teams across production, quality (QA/QC), process engineering, and warehouse/planning. • Oversee SMT processes including paste printing, SPI, pick-and-place, reflow, AOI, X-ray, and functional testing. • Coordinate New Product Introduction (NPI) builds from US-provided BOMs and Gerber files into volume production. • Monitor and improve key production metrics: yield, OEE, first-pass yield, scrap rates, and on-time delivery. • Implement quality management systems (ISO 9001, IPC-A-610 standards) and manage customer audits/corrective actions. • Work closely with US sales, engineering, and supply chain management for production scheduling and component availability. • Ngày làm việc: T2 - T6 • Giờ làm việc: 08:30 - 17:30 • Cấp bậc: Quản lý • Loại công việc: Toàn thời gian
