- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field. - Minimum 5-10 years of progressive experience in manufacturing operations, with at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership role. - Proven experience in precision engineering, aerospace, or high-tech manufacturing environments. - Demonstrated success in managing production KPIs, optimizing workflow. - Knowledge and experience with ISO systems, labor law, taxation, and business regulations. - Strong planning, organizational, and leadership skills. - Excellent decision-making, communication, and negotiation skills. - Proficient in English (both written and spoken). - Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Công việc cụ thể là gì?

We are currently seeking a Manufacturing Manager for TJ Aerospace Vietnam. This position is responsible for managing and operating CNC milling and turning departments to manufacture high-precision components, as well as supervising operators to ensure quality, productivity, and on-time delivery. Responsibilities & Main Tasks: • Handle customer orders, ensuring on-time delivery and quality standards. • Oversee factory and warehouse operations. • Monitor production processes and adjust schedules as necessary. • Create and implement daily, weekly, monthly, and annual production plans. • Recommend and manage the purchase and maintenance of production equipment. • Drive continuous improvement to increase productivity and reduce costs. • Maintain a safe and hygienic working environment for all employees. • Ensure compliance with all company procedures and policies. • Communicate effectively with senior management regarding challenges and updates. • Monitor productivity rates, production standards, and quality control. • Train and mentor machine operators and production staff. • Implement and uphold safety, health, environment, and quality standards (SHEQ). • Ngày làm việc: T2 - T7 • Giờ làm việc: 08:00 - 17:00 • Cấp bậc: Quản lý • Loại công việc: Toàn thời gian
