Environment Supervisor (E-KPI)

Job Duties / Responsibilities

- Lead the Environment & E-KPI workstream to control environmental compliance, resource use, pollution-prevention and sustainability-data risks across the factory and member-factory support scope.

Điều hành mảng Environment & E-KPI nhằm kiểm soát tuân thủ môi trường, sử dụng tài nguyên, phòng ngừa ô nhiễm và rủi ro dữ liệu bền vững trong nhà máy và phạm vi hỗ trợ member factory.

- Maintain the EMS, environmental risk register, legal/permit review, monitoring program, environmental incident response, CAPA governance and E-KPI reporting.

Duy trì EMS, risk register môi trường, rà soát pháp luật/giấy phép, chương trình quan trắc, ứng phó sự cố môi trường, quản trị CAPA và báo cáo E-KPI.

- Ensure environmental risks and abnormal data are identified, controlled, escalated and followed through verified closure by Engineering/Utilities, Legal, Production, Warehouse, Procurement and site focal points.

Bảo đảm rủi ro môi trường và dữ liệu bất thường được nhận diện, kiểm soát, escalation và theo dõi đến khi xác minh hoàn tất bởi Engineering/Utilities, Legal, Production, Warehouse, Procurement và focal point tại site.

- Build environmental capability, evidence readiness and continuous improvement in energy, water, fuel, GHG, chemical, waste, wastewater and air-emission performance.

Xây dựng năng lực môi trường, mức sẵn sàng bằng chứng và cải tiến liên tục về năng lượng, nước, nhiên liệu, GHG, hóa chất, chất thải, nước thải và khí thải.

Tasks / Nhiệm vụ

- Develop and maintain the annual environmental plan, EMS objectives, environmental aspect/risk register, compliance evaluation, audit plan, E-KPI targets and management-review inputs.

Xây dựng và duy trì kế hoạch môi trường năm, mục tiêu EMS, risk register/khía cạnh môi trường, đánh giá tuân thủ, kế hoạch audit, mục tiêu E-KPI và đầu vào management review.

- Review environmental legal requirements and permit conditions with Legal; verify monitoring calendars and technical controls for wastewater, air emissions, waste, chemicals, energy and water.

Rà soát yêu cầu pháp luật và điều kiện giấy phép với Legal; xác minh lịch quan trắc và kiểm soát kỹ thuật đối với nước thải, khí thải, chất thải, hóa chất, năng lượng và nước.

- Coordinate with Engineering/Utilities and functional owners on ETP, boiler, air treatment, meters, chemical storage, waste segregation, manifests and environmental projects; SEA verifies but does not replace implementation owners.

Phối hợp với Engineering/Utilities và functional owner về ETP, lò hơi, xử lý khí, đồng hồ đo, kho hóa chất, phân loại chất thải, chứng từ và dự án môi trường; SEA xác minh nhưng không làm thay owner triển khai.

- Govern the data dictionary, source validation, energy/water/fuel/GHG dashboard, monitoring and permit calendar, chemical/waste evidence index, abnormal-data alerts and action tracker.

Quản trị data dictionary, xác thực nguồn, dashboard năng lượng/nước/nhiên liệu/GHG, lịch quan trắc/giấy phép, index bằng chứng hóa chất/chất thải, cảnh báo dữ liệu bất thường và tracker hành động.

- Ensure monthly E-KPI reports and customer/management submissions are accurate, timely, traceable and supported by retained evidence.

Bảo đảm báo cáo E-KPI hàng tháng và submission khách hàng/quản trị chính xác, đúng hạn, truy xuất được và có bằng chứng lưu giữ.

- Lead environmental incident response and escalation for illegal discharge/dumping, major spill, wastewater bypass, significant emission, expired critical permit, regulator notice or community complaint; ensure containment, investigation, remediation and verification.

Điều hành ứng phó và escalation sự cố môi trường về xả thải/đổ bỏ trái phép, tràn đổ lớn, bypass nước thải, phát thải đáng kể, giấy phép trọng yếu hết hạn, thông báo cơ quan quản lý hoặc khiếu nại cộng đồng; bảo đảm containment, điều tra, remediation và xác minh.

- Coordinate daily/weekly abnormality checks, monthly E-KPI and environmental CAPA review, quarterly EMS/compliance/member-factory review and annual environmental management review.

Phối hợp kiểm tra bất thường hàng ngày/hàng tuần, rà soát E-KPI và CAPA môi trường hàng tháng, rà soát EMS/tuân thủ/member factory hàng quý và annual environmental management review.

- Report environmental trends, permit status, monitoring results, incidents, CAPA aging, E-KPI performance, resource actions and investment needs to the SEA Manager and management.

Báo cáo xu hướng môi trường, tình trạng giấy phép, kết quả quan trắc, sự cố, CAPA aging, hiệu quả E-KPI, hành động tài nguyên và nhu cầu đầu tư cho SEA Manager và cấp quản lý.

- Set objectives, allocate workload, coach Environment/E-KPI staff, maintain member-factory focal-point coverage and build annual capability plans for environmental compliance and data integrity.

Thiết lập mục tiêu, phân bổ công việc, coaching nhân viên Environment/E-KPI, duy trì coverage focal point member factory và xây dựng kế hoạch năng lực năm về tuân thủ môi trường và toàn vẹn dữ liệu.
