- Bachelor’s degree or higher - 2-3 years' experience in HR, learning & development, employee engagement, or a similar role. - Professional working proficiency in English, both written and spoken. - Comfortable working with HRIS/LMS platforms and proficient in Microsoft Office. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. - Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving. - Strong project coordination and organizational skills.

You will drive key learning, performance, and engagement initiatives, turning employee insights into meaningful actions that strengthen our people and workplace culture. 2/ Scope of Work A. Learning & Development (35%) - Coordinate the end-to-end implementation of internal learning and development programs, from preparation and communication to delivery and follow-up. - Coordinate with trainers, managers, subject-matter experts, and external partners to ensure training activities are delivered smoothly and on schedule. - Manage training logistics, including schedules, venues, materials, equipment, participant registration, and communications. - Support the development and update of training materials, learning resources, and internal communications. - Track attendance, completion, participant feedback, and other training data; maintain accurate learning records and reports. - Consolidate training feedback and evaluation results to support the continuous improvement of learning programs. - Coordinate training proposals, vendors, expenses, and related approval and payment processes. B. Performance Management (20%) - Coordinate the annual Performance & Potential Appraisal (PPA) cycle, including communications, timelines, documentation, system updates, and follow-up with managers and employees. - Provide guidance and administrative support to managers and employees throughout the PPA process to ensure timely and accurate completion. - Track appraisal progress, follow up on outstanding actions, and maintain accurate performance records and reports. - Consolidate and analyze performance data to identify key trends and provide relevant information for HR and management review. - Support follow-up learning and development activities arising from performance reviews and identified development needs. - Support other performance, talent development, and people development initiatives as required. C. Employee Engagement (35%) - Coordinate and implement employee engagement activities, wellbeing initiatives, and internal events, such as Team Building, Teachers’ Day, Town Hall Meetings, and other School-wide activities. - Support internal employer branding and employee experience initiatives that strengthen engagement and reinforce UTS culture and values. - Coordinate the UTS Employee Survey, including communication, response tracking, data consolidation, and follow-up on agreed action plans. - Work closely with departments and relevant stakeholders to support engagement initiatives and promote a positive and inclusive workplace. - Maintain and regularly update employee-related content on the UTS Knowledge Hub, ensuring information is accurate, relevant, and easily accessible. - Collect employee feedback and engagement data to identify trends and support the development of practical improvement initiatives. D. Administration & School Policy (10%) - Attend team/department/school meetings to get updates on codes, regulations, policy. - Comply with school handbooks as well as policy and guidance documents. - Other reasonable task assigned by the Line Manager/Executive Management. • Ngày làm việc: • Giờ làm việc: • Cấp bậc: • Loại công việc:
