Export/import Document Staff (Full-Time)

We are looking for a motivated entry-level Document Staff to join our team. No prior experience is required — we welcome fresh graduates and candidates eager to build a career in logistics and international trade.

Job description

• Handling sea and air import shipments: check documents & schedule from agent, trace departure/arrival time and keep update to customers, send arrival notice, make debit note, SOA…

• Follow up and make sure all shipments are smoothly picked up & delivered on time.

• Handling sea and air export shipments: send booking confirmation, issue draft bill for checking, send pre notice/pre alert/debit note, input data to internal system…

• Follow up OP staff’s working process to ensure all procedures are finished on time.

• Follow up the shipments closely and keep customer/oversea agent updated if any change and support to solve problem if have.

• Check update rate with carrier and co-loader or overseas agent for Sale & Operation Dept

• Maintain and develop good relationship with customers.

• Report to Manager if any special issue happen.

• Other tasks will be assigned by Manager.
