General Accountant Cum Admin

1. ACCOUNTING & COSTING (Core)

- Record all transactions daily in FAST accounting software

- Issue e-invoices for B2B, retail and e-commerce sales (Shopee, TikTok Shop, etc.)

- Calculate COGS per production batch / PO from contract manufacturers

(raw & packaging materials, tolling fee, logistics)

- Reconcile inventory (in/out/stock) monthly with warehouse and 3PL partners

2. REPORTING, TAX & TREASURY (Core)

- Prepare monthly management reports: P&L, cost analysis, cash flow forecast, AR/AP aging

- File VAT, CIT, PIT returns and annual finalization; prepare year-end financial statements;

work with tax authorities and external auditors

- Prepare export VAT refund dossiers

- Handle daily banking, payments and FX transactions

- Manage intercompany loans with the parent company, including SBV loan registration

- Coordinate with legal advisors on IRC/ERC amendments and charter capital procedures

3. HR & ADMINISTRATION

- Monthly payroll, bonuses, and compulsory insurance (SI, HI, UI)

- Office procurement and general administration

4. OPERATIONS SUPPORT

- Coordinate with freight forwarders on export documentation (customs, C/O)

- Support CVS and retail accounts; handle customer inquiries and complaints

- Occasional visits to factories and warehouses

- Report directly to the CEO; accompany the CEO to partner meetings as needed
