- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Tourism, Aviation Management, International Business, or a related field. - 1–3 years of experience in airline sales, GSA, travel agency, tourism, aviation, or a related commercial role is preferred. - Good communication and interpersonal skills. - Good command of Vietnamese and English, both spoken and written. - Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. - Good organizational and administrative skills. - Customer-oriented and service-minded. - Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple airline accounts and priorities.
- Previous exposure to passenger airline sales, travel agency distribution, or airline reservation systems is an advantage. - Basic understanding of airline fares, distribution, GDS, BSP, and travel agency operations is an advantage. - Good analytical ability and interest in airline market trends and competitor activities.
Job Summary: The GSA Sales Support Officer is responsible for supporting SKYPAC’s Passenger Sales team in the commercial representation of assigned airline partners in Vietnam. Key Responsibilities 1. GSA Sales Support - Support the Passenger Sales team in the daily commercial activities of SKYPAC’s assigned airline partners. - Handle general sales inquiries from travel agents, tour operators, corporate clients, OTAs, and other distribution partners. - Provide agents and clients with updated information regarding airline products, routes, schedules, fares, promotions, baggage policies, and other commercial conditions. - Prepare and distribute fare sheets, promotional offers, product updates, sales notices, and other airline information to the market. - Follow up with travel agents and corporate accounts on sales opportunities, promotions, group requests, and other commercial inquiries. - Assist Sales Executives in preparing quotations, itineraries, presentations, and proposals for clients. - Support the implementation of airline sales campaigns and commercial initiatives in the Vietnam market. 2. Travel Agency & Client Support - Maintain regular communication with existing travel agents, tour operators, corporate accounts, and other sales partners. - Maintain and continuously update SKYPAC’s agency and customer database, including contact information, account profile, sales potential, and sales activities. - Support onboarding of new travel agencies and commercial accounts. - Assist in communicating airline procedures, fare conditions, booking policies, and sales-related updates to agents. - Coordinate with the Ticketing/Reservation team for booking, fare, reissue, refund, group booking, and other reservation-related requirements when necessary. - Record agent feedback, sales issues, and market requests and escalate relevant matters to the Passenger Sales Manager or airline principal. 3. Sales Coordination & Airline Principal Support - Coordinate with assigned airline principals on routine sales and commercial matters. - Support implementation of sales plans, promotions, incentive programs, and other commercial initiatives requested by airline partners. - Prepare information and supporting materials required by airline principals. - Follow up internally with Ticketing, Marketing, Finance, Operations, and other departments to ensure airline commercial requirements are completed on time. - Maintain proper records of airline correspondence, commercial instructions, fare updates, promotions, and sales activities. - Assist in arranging airline meetings, agency visits, sales calls, product presentations, roadshows, and familiarization activities. 4. Market Intelligence & Competitor Monitoring - Monitor competing airlines' schedules, frequencies, fares, promotions, products, and market activities. - Collect market information from travel agents, tour operators, corporate clients, and other industry sources. - Monitor market demand and identify potential passenger traffic opportunities for assigned airline partners. - Provide regular feedback on customer demand, pricing trends, competitor activities, and market developments. - Assist the Passenger Sales Manager in preparing market analysis and recommendations for airline principals. 5. Sales Reporting & Administration - Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client visits, agent communications, and commercial opportunities. - Update sales databases, CRM systems, and internal tracking files. - Prepare weekly sales activity summaries and monthly performance reports. - Support preparation of airline principal reports, including passenger sales performance, agency/account performance, sales calls and client visits, market and competitor updates, promotional activities, and sales opportunities and follow-up status. - Participate in internal sales review meetings and airline principal meetings as required. - Ensure reports and commercial information are submitted accurately and within required deadlines. 6. Sales & Marketing Activities - Assist in organizing agency visits, sales calls, roadshows, workshops, product presentations, and airline promotional events. - Coordinate distribution of airline marketing materials and promotional communications. - Support email campaigns, agency communications, social media content, and other passenger sales promotions in coordination with the Marketing team. - Assist with preparation of presentations, invitations, attendance lists, event materials, and post-event reports. - Represent SKYPAC and assigned airline partners professionally when communicating with clients and industry stakeholders. 7. Service Quality & Compliance - Ensure all information communicated to clients is accurate and consistent with the latest airline policies and commercial instructions. - Maintain confidentiality of airline fares, commercial agreements, sales data, and client information. - Follow SKYPAC procedures and individual airline principal requirements. - Deliver timely, professional, and service-oriented support to airline partners and clients. - Escalate significant customer issues, commercial discrepancies, or service concerns to the responsible manager. • Ngày làm việc: • Giờ làm việc: • Cấp bậc: • Loại công việc:
