To provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the KA/sales team, ensuring smooth execution of sales activities, timely internal process, and high customer satisfaction: • Supporting the sales/KA team in preparing quotations, proposals, and sales contracts • General administrative functions relating to pre-sales activities • Supports the customer contact by preparing customer documents • Supports the customer planning and implementation process • Provides customer information and supports the identification and qualification of Sales leads • Engages customer periodically with Key Account Managers / Sales for active interactions and involvements • Supports Sales/Key Account team in preparing business reviews (if required) • Coordinating with internal departments to ensure all tasks align with company regulations • Performs any other duties assigned by immediate superior • Cấp bậc: Có kinh nghiệm • Loại công việc: Toàn thời gian
