• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance with at least 3 years of relevant working experience.

• Strong knowledge of IFRS, local accounting standards, and tax regulations (VAT, FCT/WHT).

• Proven experience in financial reporting, balance sheet reconciliations, and audit support.

• Fluent communication skills in both English and Vietnamese.

• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

• Detail-oriented, highly responsible, and proactive mindset.

Công việc cụ thể là gì?

PURPOSE: Perform the operational task and guarantee the compliance for Tax & Accounting with the objectives of the company.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Record, control and report transactions in the area of Retails activities.

• Manage balance sheet reconciliations of allocated accounts, explain variations and ensure timely resolution.

• Local relay for intercompany transactions. Actively monitor & follow gaps with Interco partners.

• Ensure communication, documentation and risk mitigating actions to support audits.

• Take on and oversee special accounting topics according to IFRS.

• Ensure good financial reporting based on understanding of data.

• Appropriate, apply and follow up group and local accounting norms.

• Oversee monthly tax filings and declarations (including VAT, withholding tax, and other statutory taxes) in collaboration with external tax consultants.

• Contribute to monthly, quarterly and annual financial closings and financial statements validation
