- At least 04 years of experience in Credit Risk, with solid understanding of credit risk processes and practices. - Proven experience as an IT Business Analyst / Business Analyst in lending, credit risk projects, or credit decisioning systems. - Hands-on experience with Lending Systems, Loan Origination Systems. - Good knowledge of Retail Banking and/or Consumer Lending. - Strong requirement gathering, business process analysis, documentation, and stakeholder management skills. - Fluent in English

- Partner with Credit Risk stakeholders to understand business needs, credit policies, processes, and pain points. - Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into functional/system requirements and user stories. - Work closely with IT and Data teams to design and implement solutions for lending and credit risk systems. - Analyze and improve credit assessment, underwriting, loan origination, and credit decisioning processes. - Support enhancement of Lending Systems, Loan Origination Systems (LOS), Risk Engines, and Credit Decisioning platforms. - Lead/coordinate SIT, UAT, test case preparation, defect tracking, and solution validation. - Prepare and maintain BRD, functional specifications, process flows, business rules, and other system documentation. - Work across the full SDLC and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery. • Cấp bậc: Có kinh nghiệm • Loại công việc: Toàn thời gian
