- Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Business, Finance, Engineering, or related disciplines.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in enterprise Data Analytics, Data Warehouse, Business Intelligence, Data Integration, or related digital transformation projects.
- At least 3 years of experience in a lead/ownership role (BA lead, product owner, demand management, or solution ownership role).
- Proven experience managing end-to-end solution delivery from requirement gathering, functional design, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.
- Strong knowledge of Data Analytics & Business Intelligence concepts, including KPI definition, management reporting, self-service analytics, and decision-support for operational and strategic decision-making.
- Hands-on knowledge of Data Warehouse architecture, data integration concepts, ETL/ELT processes, and enterprise data platforms.
- Solid understanding of SQL, database concepts, data modelling, data quality management, and data governance practices.
- Experience working with Power BI, Tableau, or similar analytics and reporting platforms.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, facilitation, analytical thinking, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to work effectively with business users, technical teams, vendors, and senior leadership in a complex enterprise environment.
- Understanding of information security, compliance, audit requirements, and enterprise IT governance principles.
- Good English communication skills with minimum TOEIC 600 or equivalent.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently under pressure while driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Job Summary:IT Business Analyst (Data Analytics) is responsible for leading the analysis, functional design, and verification of Data/BI solutions (Data Warehouse, Data Integration, Power BI/Reporting) to ensure business requirements are translated into high-quality, compliant, and reliable data products. This role bridges business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver data-driven insights, standardize definitions and KPIs, and improve operational efficiency through data governance and continuous improvement.Key Responsibilities:IT Solution: - Lead the delivery of Data/BI solutions by analyzing business needs and defining functional requirements for data products (reports, dashboards, datasets, DWH objects).- Translate business requirements into clear, complete, and verifiable specifications (FS/TS/UC).- Act as the functional lead and solution owner for Data Analytics initiatives, ensuring correct implementation by delivery parties.- Ensure Data/BI solutions deliver measurable business value and align with NSRP IT strategy, policies, and governance.- Proactively identify optimization and improvement opportunities (self-service analytics, reusable datasets, automation).- Contribute domain knowledge and best practices to improve Data/BI roadmap and adoption.Demand Management:- Lead requirement clarification workshops with business stakeholders to define scope, KPIs, definitions, and reporting needs.- Verify approved demands are accurately translated into solution scope, functional specs, and delivery plan.- Provide functional effort estimation and impact analysis to support demand prioritization and planning.Design:- Collaborate with solution architects and data engineers to define data architecture approach, data flows, and target data model.- Review and validate data modeling and integration designs to ensure: functional completeness, data integrity, performance, and maintainability.- Ensure alignment with enterprise data standards (naming, KPI definitions, master data, reference data).Security & Compliance:- Ensure Data/BI solutions comply with internal controls, audit requirements, and IT security policies (access control, segregation of duties).- Embed compliance and control requirements into functional design, data access, and reporting design- Verify compliance through functional validation and testing; ensure traceability and audit-ready documentation.Solution Delivery- Lead and coordinate functional testing activities (including SIT/UAT planning, test cases, execution support, sign-off).- Validate delivered Data/BI solutions against requirements, KPI definitions, and acceptance criteria; confirm solution correctness.- Oversee go-live readiness: data reconciliation, user guidance, training, and hypercare support after go-live.- Manage issues/defects during delivery and post go-live; support root-cause analysis and corrective actions with data owners/stewards.MSP:- Govern MSP activities related to Data Analytics solution delivery and support.- Ensure MSP deliverables meet approved designs, quality standards, and SLAs- Oversee solution handover, documentation completeness, and knowledge transfer.- Act as escalation point for major functional issues impacting Data Analytics domain.System Modernization:- Lead Data Analytics functional activities for system upgrades, migrations, and modernization initiatives.- Define functional requirements and acceptance criteria for legacy replacement/technology refresh.- Validate migrated/modernized solutions to ensure business continuity, data accuracy, and compliance.Procurement & Budgeting:- Develop functional inputs for SOW, technical specifications, and procurement documents related to Data/BI solutions.- Support annual IT budgeting for Data/BI domain: estimate costs, validate business justification, track budget usage if required.Reporting & Documentation:- Maintain full functional documentation set (FS/TS/Use Cases/Data Flow/Data Mapping/Test Evidence/Release Notes).- Provide periodic status reports (weekly/monthly) and ad-hoc updates to stakeholders and management.- Ensure documentation supports audit readiness, MSP handover, and long-term operation.Policy & Procedure:- Apply and follow IT governance, change management, and solution delivery procedures across all Data/BI initiatives.- Identify opportunities to improve Data/BI development practices, governance effectiveness, and standards adoption.Team Development & Capability Building:- Continuously develop expertise in Data Analytics, DWH, and reporting best practices.- Share functional knowledge and best practices with other BAs, DA/DE teams; support knowledge transfer and coaching.Project Management:- Ensure functional deliverables meet agreed scope, quality, and timeline; manage functional risks/issues and escalate when required.- Support prioritization and coordination across multiple stakeholders to resolve conflicts and ensure delivery.Other tasks assigned by Manager and other superiors
