1. IT Support & End-User Support • Sets up and configures desktop computers, peripherals and accounts assigning security level. • Installs software and installs and repairs hardware and peripherals. • Provides basic troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance for computer equipment (e.g., microcomputers, disk drives, and laser printers). • Installing and maintaining computers, printers, and office equipment. • Supporting end-users in troubleshooting hardware and software issues 2. Troubleshooting & Technical Support • Troubleshoots, diagnoses problems, implements corrective action procedures within prescribed guidelines and/or escalates to other technical resources as appropriate. • Tests programs. • Assisting Operations Department who encounter complex problems and malfunctions while working on the floor. 3. User Account Administration • Administers user accounts. • Sets up and configures accounts assigning security level. 4. File & System Support • Transfers computer files between platforms. 5. Customer & Operational Support • Acts as a customer liaison for the computing operation, communicating, resolving, and/or initiating the resolution of problems and concerns. • Arranges for distribution of output to customer. • To perform any other reasonable duty as requested by management. • Ngày làm việc: T2 - T6 • Giờ làm việc: 09:00 - 18:00 • Cấp bậc: Có kinh nghiệm • Loại công việc: Toàn thời gian
