- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Tourism, Education, International Relations or a related field. - 3–5 years of relevant experience in tourism industry. - Holders of Japan-inbound tour guide certificate will be preferred. Experience in tour guiding or educational programmes in Japan is an advantage. - Fluent Vietnamese and English, with advanced/business-level Japanese. - Experience working with Japanese clients, schools, companies or business partners is highly preferred. - Strong B2B sales, negotiation and relationship-management skills. - Proven ability to identify and develop new business opportunities. - Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills. - Highly organised, proactive and able to work independently. - Willing to travel internationally, including Japan, when required. - Candidates who have studied, lived or worked in Japan will have an advantage.
