• Experience: 2–5 years.

• Proven experience in managing international customer accounts, preferably in the furniture or home goods industry.
• Knowledge of upholstered furniture production, quality assurance, and export processes is strongly preferred.

• Serve as the main point of contact for customers, supporting product selection, pricing, and long-term relationship development.
• Lead and participate in customer meetings, ensuring clear follow-ups and alignment with business objectives.
• Manage customer onboarding processes, including agreements, contracts, and material/liability alignment.
• Manage new product introduction (NPI), including quotation, development, sample approval, and shipment readiness.
• Coordinate product sample reviews, ensuring timelines, quality standards, and customer expectations are met.
• Manage material development, including DCP swatches and color extensions across collections.
• Oversee product validation processes (testing, transit, drop tests) to ensure compliance with customer requirements.
• Support trade shows, showroom visits, and brand presentations.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to maintain updated materials and ensure showroom alignment with product direction.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the manager to support team and business objectives.
