Leasing Manager

POSITION SUMMARY

The Leasing Manager is responsible for leasing planning, managing day-to-day operations, and driving execution across the office property portfolio to achieve occupancy and rental revenue targets. This role leads the leasing team, manages key tenant relationships, and requires sound commercial judgment along with deep insights into the office leasing market.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

● Team Management & Operations: Supervise and direct day-to-day department functions; provide hands-on coaching and support to leasing staff to ensure efficient operations and high performance.

● Strategy & Revenue Optimization: Formulate and execute leasing strategies to maximize rental income and occupancy rates across the Group’s properties.

● Tenant Acquisition: Drive team efforts in identifying target segments, securing prospective clients, and negotiating key tenancies.

● Market Intelligence: Conduct competitor research and benchmark rental rates, occupancy costs, and market conditions to support asset positioning.

● Budgeting & Forecasting: Prepare, review, and monitor the annual rental budget and periodic forecasts, ensuring alignment with corporate targets.

● Reporting & Advisory: Provide structured, regular updates to Management and the Board of Directors (BOD) on supply-demand dynamics, pricing trends, competition, and asset performance.

● Other Duties: Execute additional strategic tasks as assigned by the Leasing Director and BOD.
