Công việc cụ thể là gì?

• Plan and execute livestream operations, including product selection, content planning, live process management, and live room operations. • Develop specific livestream content plans, discover and package high-quality topics, and enhance content quality to increase engagement. • Coordinate with internal teams for product matching, script writing, data analysis, and content optimization. Oversee pre-live preparations, live event execution, and post-live follow-ups. • Monitor livestream performance, engagement, and traffic data to adjust strategies in real time and ensure achievement of operational goals. • Plan and manage livestream marketing activities, including daily events and major campaigns (e.g. Double Day, Mid-Month,..). • Troubleshoot issues during livestreams, provide timely feedback, and propose practical solutions. • Track, analyze, and report livestream data, extracting insights to recommend improvements and optimization strategies for higher engagement, viewer loyalty, and conversions. • Build, recruit, train, and manage the livestream host team.
