JOB SUMMARYManages and optimizes Jabil's logistics operations, ensuring efficient and cost-effective movement of materials, components, and finished goods across the supply chain to meet production and customer demands.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES· Develop, implement, and maintain strategic logistics plans and procedures to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.· Oversee daily logistics activities, including transportation, warehousing, inventory management, and customs compliance.· Negotiate contracts with freight forwarders, carriers, and third-party logistics (3PL) providers to secure favorable terms and service levels.· Monitor and analyze logistics performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.· Manage and optimize inventory levels to minimize holding costs while ensuring product availability.· Ensure compliance with all relevant domestic and international shipping regulations, customs requirements, and trade agreements.· Collaborate cross-functionally with production, procurement, sales, and customer service teams to align logistics operations with overall business objectives.· Lead, mentor, and develop a team of logistics professionals.· Implement and utilize logistics software and systems to track shipments, manage inventory, and generate reports.· Identify and mitigate potential risks within the supply chain, such as disruptions, delays, and quality issues. • Ngày làm việc: T2 - T6 • Giờ làm việc: 08:00 - 17:00 • Cấp bậc: Quản lý • Loại công việc: Toàn thời gian
