Maintenance & Improvement Supervisor

- Bachelor's Degree in Mechatronics (preferred), Mechanical, Electrical, Electrical & Electronics Engineering. - 3–5 years of experience in Maintenance, Reliability, or Engineering roles within a manufacturing environment. - Experience in FMCG, food & beverage or other large scale industrial environments is preferred. - Exposure to Filling & Packing operations is an advantage. - Good understanding of preventive and predictive maintenance methodologies. - Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, automation, and control systems. - Familiarity with PLC/HMI, TPM, and structured problem-solving methodologies. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset. - Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Power BI. - Good command of written and spoken English. - Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. - Ability to collaborate effectively across functions and drive improvement initiatives. - Proactive, results-oriented, and eager to learn in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
