- Represents the engineering department in activities related with Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering and mold repairs. Involvement in process/product continuous improvement. - Leads internal AQP teams in launching of new products. Maintains effective communication between Project Engineering in TC and the plant. Leads molding and finishing natural teams in the duties assigned to the Engineering Department. Complies with the environmental policy and applicable quality and environmental management systems instructions. Comply with the Workplace Safety and Health Policy and applicable instructions. - Comply with SPI policies and procedures. Promote and comply with environmental policies. Comply with the policies for Health and Safety at Work and any other applicable instruction. - Lead the new program launching as the technical leader. - Define the process instruction and standard. - Works with and coordinate engineering subcontractors. - Leads APQP projects following the KBPD Standard. - Participates in the 8-D meetings. - Develops and evaluate auxiliary tools, as well as validating assembly fixtures. - Analysis and improve each production line. - Lead and fulfill the related engineering changes. - Develops time studies. - Participates in special production projects. - Coordinates the repairing and maintenance of assigned molds and equipment. - Prepare FMEA. - Actively participates in the continuous improvement process and cost reduction. - Maintain contact with the Technical Center for engineering projects. - Develops piece packaging. - Capacity studies. - Leads new product containment operations (GP-12). - Lean Manufacturing. - Performs other activities as assigned. • Ngày làm việc: T2 - T7 • Giờ làm việc: 08:00 - 17:00 • Cấp bậc: Có kinh nghiệm • Loại công việc: Toàn thời gian
