- At least five years of relevant experience in project management, supply chain, commercialization, new product development, brand management, or a related field.
- Exposure to supply and demand planning, regulated categories, packaging changes, or product-related projects is an advantage.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple complex projects and competing priorities within tight timelines.
- Strong coordination and influencing skills across functions and geographies, with the discipline to drive follow-through and timely decisions without direct authority.
- High attention to detail, with the ability to navigate regulatory, registration, quality, and legal requirements affecting product and packaging changes.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Vietnamese.

Công việc cụ thể là gì?
- Lead portfolio rationalization and SKU delisting, including stock-on-hand assessments, depletion planning, write-off risk mitigation, and alignment on final production runs or sell-off plans.
- Lead Graphic Health Warning (GHW) changes and other regulatory-driven portfolio projects, including rotation planning, local regulatory compliance, product registration, artwork and packaging readiness, and coordination with internal and external partners.
- Lead packaging, material, and product & transition projects end to end, connecting volume forecasts and system demand with material availability, factory production, and final market supply.
- Maintain strong project governance and execution discipline by tracking milestones, identifying and mitigating risks, escalating bottlenecks, and securing timely cross-functional decisions.
