1. Professional Requirement:
• Proven record in managing multi-channel large-scale product marketing campaigns from concept to execution..
• Advanced skills in financial modeling for budget planning, performance tracking, and agency negotiation.
• Stellar communication, storytelling, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills.
2. Education:
• Bachelor's degree in communication, business management, or a related field.
3. Work Experience:
• 8+ years of professional experience in marketing, with a solid focus on digital product marketing
• Experience in banking, financial technology (FinTech), fast-growing startups, or top-tier creative agencies.
• Extensive experience in content marketing, brand strategy, and managing KOL/influencer networks
• Deep understanding of performance tools and digital analytics (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, GA4, AppsFlyer) to guide creative direction.
4. Language skill:
• Proficient in Vietnamese and English or Chinese is a plus.
• Campaign Formulating & Execution: Plan, implement, and oversee integrated product marketing campaigns to achieve growth targets for digital loan product.
• Marketing & KOL Collaboration: Define brand voice and content strategy; spearhead influencer (KOL/Micro-influencer) partnerships and community-driven social content to maximize brand exposure for Consumer Banking.
• Budget Management: Formulate, allocate, and manage the product marketing budget efficiently, maximizing marketing ROI while tracking and controlling expenses.
• Data-Driven Optimization: Monitor campaign analytics, analyze product funnels, and utilize marketing data to provide insights for regular reporting and strategy iterations
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with internal Data, Product, and external agencies/vendors to launch continuous marketing initiatives aligned with commercial goals.
