Mechanical Supervisor

1. Participate in orienting and implementing PTC department's machinery maintenance strategy.

2. Design, improve, and develop mechanical machinery and equipment based on production requirements.

3. Create 2D/3D technical drawings using AutoCAD, SolidWorks…

4. Calculate and select materials, mechanical components, and machine structures.

5. Analyze root causes of failures and propose improvements to enhance operational efficiency

6. Supervise maintenance and repair of mechanical problems in the factory, ensuring work efficiency.

7. Monitor and supervise risks arising related to the mechanical field on machinery lines to operate effectively, achieve productivity and quality. Submit plans and implement remediation and improvement work.

8. Combine with relevant specialized departments to effectively operate the Size Change - Product process.

9. Perform repair of mechanical problems in the factory, ensure efficiency in work. Implement improvement projects within specialized scope to meet new product requirements from R&D and MFG departments..

Workplace:

- Cambodia (1 position): Lot #P2-083, Phnom Penh Special Economic Zone, National Road #4, Sangkat Kantouk, Khan Posenchey, Phnom Penh, Cambodia.

Working Hours:

Shift-based working schedule.
