Experience and Qualifications

- At least 2 years of experience in a Customer Care team

- Committed to working with us for at least 1 year

- Strong listening and communication skills, good English communication (listening and speaking) skills (TOEIC 550 / IELTS 5.0) and eagerness to learn

- Careful, detail-oriented, responsible, and hardworking. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively

- Proficient in using office software, smartphones, Google Drive, etc.

- Candidates 25 years old and above are preferred

- Preference for those who love working with children and have experience in martial arts

- Willing to work both in D2 and D7

- Willing to train martial arts at least twice per week

Working locations:

- Phu My Hung, District 7 and Thao Dien, Thu Duc City

Working hours:

- Tue, Wed, Thu, Fri: 14:00 - 20:00

- Sat: 09:00 - 15:00

- Sun: 09:00 - 15:00 (Can stay until 18:00 if additional work comes up, will discuss in the interview)

- Mon: Flexible OFF (Staff can cover each other’s shifts 17:00 - 20:00)
