Nhân Viên Kiểm Tra Chất Lượng ( Microbiology+Chemical )

- Will work as QC-Staff member in Microbiology of Cephalosporin facility

- Monitor the daily temperature in Microbiology laboratory, Incubators, refrigerators

- Perform sampling activities for purified water, water for injection

- Perform Environmental monitoring activities as per the schedules

- Prepare Media as per daily operation plans, consumption records, reconciliation of media plates

- Perform Growth promotion test for media lots and report the results

- Management of Microbial cultures, Media stock management & Inventory

- Will work as QC-Staff member in chemical laboratory of Cephalosporin facility

- Perform sampling activities of Raw water, Purified water and water for injection

- Perform the sampling activities of Raw materials, packing materials

- Perform cleaning and sanitization of Sampling area

- Perform the chemical testing of Water samples

- Perform wet analysis like pH, conductivity, identification tests, Residue on ignition, LOD, water content by KF etc.

- Perform standardization of volumetric solutions, titrimetric analysis

- Manage the sample disposal activities

- Support to other activities in QC

- Perform assay using High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC), Gas Chromatography (GC), and UV Spectrophotometry (UV).

- Perform the operations of autoclave for various loads

- Preparation of sterile articles required for microbiology activities

- Support in transferring of plates between Microbiology laboratory and Production facility

- Perform the Critical testing of Microbiology parameters (MLT, BET)

- Perform the observations of the test plates as per Incubation periods

- Prepare the SOP documents, QMS documents, trend reports

- Monitor the cleaning and sanitization program in the microbiology clean rooms

- Prepare GMP documents, SOP, QMS documents

- Support to Validation activities, microbiology studies

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams on day today operations
