Công việc cụ thể là gì?

- Handle daily import and export trucking and customs clearance operations, including planning, coordination and follow-up from cargo readiness / arrival through final delivery and empty container return. - Receive customers' pickup and delivery plans and arrange suitable trucking suppliers, drivers and container schedules according to operational requirements. - Coordinate container pickup and return, port / ICD appointments, loading and unloading, terminal cut-off times and other related operational matters. - Prepare and check customs clearance documents such as Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Contract, Bill of Lading, Certificate of Origin, permits and other documents as required. - Coordinate with customs brokers for declaration and follow customs clearance status; support additional document requests, inspections or other customs-related issues when required. - Maintain close communication with customers, trucking suppliers, customs brokers, shipping lines, ports / ICDs, warehouses / factories and internal departments. - Provide timely shipment status updates to customers and proactively manage exceptions such as truck delays, waiting time, demurrage / detention risk, container issues, port congestion or document discrepancies. - Check operational charges, verify supplier quotations and invoices, and coordinate with accounting for cost confirmation, debit notes and shipment closing. - Update operational records and system data accurately and properly archive shipment files and supporting documents. - Support other logistics operations and ad-hoc tasks assigned by the manager. • Ngày làm việc: T2 - T7 • Giờ làm việc: • Cấp bậc: • Loại công việc:
