Key Responsibilities:

• Handle daily ocean/air freight operations, including shipment booking, documentation, and follow-up.

• Coordinate with customers, carriers, agents, and internal teams to ensure smooth shipment execution.

• Monitor shipment schedules, transit status, and required documents.

• Follow up on shipment progress and promptly resolve operational issues.

• Ensure accurate and timely processing of shipping and customs-related documents.

• Support the team in maintaining high service quality and meeting operational deadlines.
