Operation Assistant Manager (Only Male)

• Male, College degree or higher in Logistics, Transportation, Business Administration, or related fields.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in container trucking/logistics operations.

• Solid knowledge of trucking operations, fleet & driver management

• Basic knowledge of routes, geography, BOT toll stations, transportation regulations, and compliance requirements for drivers and vehicles.

• Strong team management, task allocation, and staff coaching skills.

• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) for reporting and data management.

• Good command of English in both written and verbal communication.

• Willingness to work flexibly during peak seasons.
