- Reporting to: Operations Team Leader & working with the General Manager - The Operations Coordinator manages and coordinates inbound & outbound, international & domestic movements by sea freight, air freight, and trucking, including packing, collection, loading, import-export, documentation, and delivery. - You'll be the key liaison and communication point between our clients, AGS global offices & partners, freight agencies, customs team, trucking team, shipping lines, and airlines. - This is a small, fast-paced team where things move quickly and priorities shift. We're looking for someone who learns fast, adapts on the fly, and is comfortable wearing multiple hats. We're looking for a long-term team member, not a short-term placement. - Key responsibilities include: • Managing operations files across origin, freight, destination, and customs clearance • Handling freight bookings and shipment tracking • Job costing and pricing; preparing job cost estimates and calculating freight costs • Coordinating with field packing & customs teams • Maintaining accurate documentation, files, and email correspondence - Beyond core freight operations, you'll have the opportunity to expand your skills into other areas of the company's business, including: • Records management • Hospitality logistics • Pet moving & relocation services • International relocations - This is a great fit for someone who wants to broaden their logistics expertise beyond traditional freight forwarding. • Cấp bậc: Có kinh nghiệm • Loại công việc: Toàn thời gian
