Plant Quality Manager

Main roles of Plant Quality Manager is to:

- Manage and ensure Factory Quality Management systems compliance with international standards as well as Group Quality policy

- Implement quality standards by harmonizing local and export countries’ regulation

- Manage the Central Laboratory

- Manage and optimize quality costs

- Manage EQC activities and handle market complaints to improve Quality performance and customer satisfaction

- Coordinate with cross functional departments to deliver CI projects following DMAIC approaches

Key Responsibilities

- Lead Factory Quality Management, ensuring compliance with FSSC 22000, ISO 45001, ISO 14001, Halal, Group standards, and local/export regulations.

- Drive Quality & Food Safety performance, including Zero Defect culture, product release, QC oversight, market complaints, and crisis management.

- Manage Quality operations, including laboratory activities, internal/supplier audits, document control, and quality performance reviews/KPIs.

- Drive continuous improvement, leveraging Quality tools, Lean Six Sigma, process capability (Cpk), best practices, and improvement projects.

- Support new products and industrial projects, ensuring quality, food safety, regulatory, and environmental requirements for new processes, suppliers, materials, packaging, and equipment.

- Lead the Quality team & budget, developing team capabilities while optimizing Quality and Non-Quality Costs and managing investments.
