1. Education & Qualification Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Electrical & Automation Engineering, Chemistry, Materials Science, Semiconductor Engineering, or other related engineering fields.

2. Experience Requirements

  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Relevant internship or project experience in manufacturing environments is an advantage.

3. Technical Competency Requirements

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
  • Good English communication and reporting skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.

4. Behavioral Competency Requirements / Attributes

  • Good teamwork and communication skills.
  • Strong sense of responsibility and accountability.
  • Willingness to learn and continuously improve.
  • Ability to work effectively in a manufacturing environment.

Công việc cụ thể là gì?

  • Monitor product quality and resolve daily technical issues arising during manufacturing processes.
  • Analyze production problems and implement corrective and preventive actions to improve process stability and product quality.
  • Drive process improvement initiatives to increase productivity, reduce manufacturing costs, and enhance product quality.
  • Prepare and summarize technical improvement reports and provide weekly reports to Team Leaders and Department Managers.
  • Research, evaluate, and implement innovative ideas, technologies, and solutions to improve factory operations and manufacturing efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support continuous improvement and operational excellence activities.
  • Support engineering projects and perform other duties assigned by management.
