• Degree in mechanical, environmental, chemical, water, electrical, mechatronics, industrial, or a related engineering discipline • Practical engineering experience; approximately 3+ years preferred, although exceptional candidates with less experience are encouraged to apply • Experience with water treatment, filtration, RO systems, pumps, fluid systems, plumbing, equipment development, machinery, appliances, or related systems is highly desirable • Strong hands-on problem-solving ability and willingness to build, test, troubleshoot, and iterate • Ability to evaluate components and suppliers based on performance, reliability, serviceability, and cost • Comfortable working independently in an early-stage environment where not every problem already has a defined solution • Able to communicate technical ideas clearly and document engineering decisions • Ability to work with suppliers and technical partners in Vietnam • Vietnamese language proficiency required; working English ability strongly preferred • Based in or able to work in Ho Chi Minh City
