Yêu cầu công việc

  • Tốt nghiệp Cao đẳng/Đại học chuyên ngành Thiết kế sản phẩm, Cơ khí, Thiết kế công nghiệp, Kiến trúc nội thất hoặc tương đương./Degree or diploma in Product Design, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Design, Interior Architecture or related fields.
  • Tối thiểu 5 năm kinh nghiệm thiết kế và phát triển sản phẩm; ưu tiên ngành nội thất, nhôm định hình, kết cấu module hoặc sản xuất công nghiệp./Minimum 5 years of experience in product design and development, preferably in furniture, aluminium systems, modular structures or manufacturing.
  • Thành thạo Autodesk Inventor (Parts, Assemblies, Drawings, BOM); có kiến thức về AutoCAD và SketchUp./Strong proficiency in Autodesk Inventor (Parts, Assemblies, Drawings and BOMs), with working knowledge of AutoCAD and SketchUp.
  • Có kinh nghiệm quản lý hoặc hướng dẫn nhóm thiết kế; hiểu biết về vật liệu, kết cấu và quy trình sản xuất, lắp ráp./Experience leading or mentoring designers, with a good understanding of materials, structures and manufacturing processes.
  • Tiếng Anh tốt, có khả năng làm việc trực tiếp với quản lý và đối tác nước ngoài./Good English communication skills, able to work directly with international management and partners.
  • Ưu tiên kinh nghiệm thiết kế tham số (Parametric Design), tự động hóa thiết kế hoặc tích hợp CAD với ERP./Experience in parametric design, design automation or CAD–ERP integration is an advantage.

Yêu cầu nên có

Experience in furniture, aluminium systems, modular structures, or manufacturing is preferred. Experience in parametric design is preferred. Experience in design automation is preferred. Experience in CAD–ERP integration is preferred.

Công việc cụ thể là gì?

  • Phụ trách nghiên cứu, thiết kế và phát triển các sản phẩm không gian module (phòng làm việc, cabin, phòng họp, studio...)./Lead the design and development of modular space products, including offices, cabins, meeting rooms and studios.
  • Quản lý quá trình phát triển sản phẩm từ ý tưởng, thiết kế 3D, bản vẽ kỹ thuật đến sản xuất thử nghiệm và hoàn thiện./Manage product development from concept, 3D modelling and technical drawings to prototyping and final production.
  • Sử dụng Autodesk Inventor để thiết kế 3D, bản vẽ sản xuất, BOM và quản lý dữ liệu kỹ thuật./Use Autodesk Inventor to develop 3D models, production drawings, BOMs and technical documentation.
  • Cải tiến thiết kế, tối ưu vật liệu, chi phí sản xuất và quy trình lắp ráp./Improve product designs, optimise materials, production costs and assembly processes.
  • Quản lý, phân công và hướng dẫn nhóm thiết kế gồm 02 nhân viên (AutoCAD và SketchUp)./Lead and supervise a two-person drafting team using AutoCAD and SketchUp.
  • Phối hợp với Ban Giám đốc, đối tác quốc tế và các bộ phận liên quan để triển khai sản phẩm; tham gia chuẩn hóa dữ liệu thiết kế và tích hợp ERP./ Collaborate with management, international partners and factory teams on product development, design data standardisation and ERP integration.
