Required Knowledge and Qualifications:

Experience and Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering;

• Previous experience (minimum 4 years) as a Project Manager in plant manufacturing companies;

• Experience in relations with external customers;

• The candidate will preferably have knowledge of claims management processes;

• The candidate will preferably have PMP certification;

• The candidate will preferably have experience in industrial plant engineering;

• The candidate will preferably have experience in environmental field

Skills and Attitudes

• Financial management of job orders;

• Confident with basic processes of direction, start up and commissioning activities;

• Aware of basic purchasing processes (make or buy);

• Basic tools for shipping logistics;

• Organization and coordination;

• Proficiency in spoken and written English;

• Available to travel world-wide on business trips;

• Results orientation;

• Stress and conflict management.
