● Bachelor's degree in Business Management/Administration, Project Management, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields from a top-tier university. Candidates graduated from leading domestic universities (HUST, VNU, FTU, NEU, RMIT, FPT) or overseas universities in North America or Europe are highly preferred.
● 5–7+ years of total experience, including 3+ years of hands-on project management managing multiple concurrent projects—preferably in fast-paced, tech-driven, or scaling business environments.
● Proven track record of successfully managing a diverse portfolio of complex projects (e.g., system/software implementations, cross-functional operational scaling, product launches, or business process re-engineering) with clear deliverables and measurable business impacts.
● Demonstrated ability to drive projects from strategic concept to final delivery, delivering tangible outcomes such as efficiency gains, lead time reduction, performance growth, or successful system adoption.
● Proven analytical and data skills (Excel/Sheets, BI tools) for workload/capacity modeling and budget management.
● English Fluency (both written and spoken).
● Strong ability to thrive in ambiguity, structuring vague business problems into actionable project roadmaps with clear team accountability.
● Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills to navigate complex operational trade-offs and drive execution.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
1. Strategic Portfolio Management & Planning
● Strategic Alignment: Translate company business goals into strategic project roadmaps; prioritize and sequence initiatives across the portfolio to maximize ROI and operational impact.
● Portfolio Governance: Oversee concurrent cross-functional project pipelines, balance resource allocations, and safeguard delivery against scope, budget, and baseline milestones.
● Master Planning: Establish end-to-end project structures, critical paths, Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), and risk management plans to navigate complex business trade-offs.
2. PMO Governance & Process Excellence
● PMO Framework Setup: Design and implement lightweight, scalable PMO governance—standardizing project charters, planning benchmarks, dependency tracking, and reporting frameworks.
● Process Re-engineering: Map current-state operational workflows (As-Is), identify systemic bottlenecks, and engineer optimized future-state processes (To-Be) to support business scaling.
● Agile & Continuous Improvement: Embed Agile/Scrum methodologies and continuous improvement practices across teams to drive execution velocity and operational efficiency.
3. Resource Capacity & Operational Modeling
● Capacity Planning: Build and maintain data-driven capacity and workload models across functions to balance project demands with daily business operations.
● Execution & Risk Mitigation: Monitor resource utilization, flag capacity constraints early, and execute data-backed trade-offs, reallocation strategies, or hiring recommendations.
● Executive Visibility: Provide C-level leadership with high-level reporting on portfolio health, critical dependencies, risk mitigation plans, and key strategic decisions.
4. People Leadership & Knowledge Governance
● Team Leadership & Enablement: Manage, mentor, and grow the Project Coordination (PC) team; define career paths, set delivery standards, and ensure high execution quality across projects.
● Knowledge Infrastructure: Build and maintain centralized knowledge repositories, standardized SOPs, and project documentation to build organizational capability and scalability.
