● Bachelor's degree in Business Management/Administration, Project Management, Logistics & Supply Chain Management, or related field from a top-tier university. Candidates graduated from leading domestic universities (HUST, VNU, FTU, NEU, RMIT, FPT) or universities in North America or Europe are highly preferred.
● 5–7+ years of total experience, including 3+ years of hands-on project management managing multiple concurrent projects—preferably in e-commerce, tech-driven, or supply chain environments.
● Proven track record of successfully managing a diverse portfolio of supply chain projects (e.g., system/software integrations, warehouse/fulfillment expansions, vendor onboarding, and operational re-engineering) with clear deliverables and measurable business impacts.
● Demonstrated ability to drive projects from strategic concept to final delivery, delivering tangible outcomes such as cost efficiency, lead time reduction, operational throughput growth, or system adoption.
● Proven analytical and data skills (Excel/Sheets, BI tools) for workload/capacity modeling and budget management.
● English Fluency (both written and spoken).
● Strong ability to thrive in ambiguity, structuring vague operational problems into actionable project roadmaps with clear team accountability.
● Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills to navigate complex operational trade-offs and drive execution.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Project Manager - Supply Chain Operations, you're expected to be a self-starter who takes initiatives. A take-charge person who is obsessed with problem solving and trying to find the best solutions and alternatives to a problem. A team player who leads by example, and able to champion processes that make team members accountable and productive.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
1. Project Portfolio & Governance
● End-to-End Execution: Lead and deliver a concurrent portfolio of supply chain projects across SCM technology/systems, operational scaling, and process optimization.
● Portfolio Prioritization: Partner with the SCE Manager to sequence project pipelines, allocate resources, and control budgets to maximize ROI.
● PMO Framework: Establish lightweight PMO governance—standardizing project planning, timeline/milestone tracking, risk mitigation, and dependency management.
● Executive Reporting: Maintain clear visibility on project health, critical risks, and key decisions for SCE and C-level leadership.
2. Operational Resource & Capacity Alignment
● Internal Workload Modeling: Map function-wide capacity across SCE teams (Merchandising, Fulfillment, QC, Sourcing) to evaluate project vs. operational workload, identify bottlenecks, and recommend hiring/reallocation.
● External Partner Readiness: Lead periodic capacity planning cycles with Production, Fulfillment, and Logistics partners to validate that operational capabilities match projected sales demand.
● Execution Control: Monitor partner performance against baseline plans, proactively flag capacity risks, and drive swift corrective action.
3. Leadership & Knowledge Governance
● Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and grow the Project Coordinator (PC) team; set coordination standards and oversee resource allocation across active projects.
● Operational Excellence: Champion Agile methodologies, standardize SOPs, and build structured knowledge repositories to support company scaling.
